This little pebble ice maker does as it says it does. It makes baskets of pebbled ice. I have it sitting on my counter top. It doesn't take much space. It does make some noise but not enough to bother anyone. It takes about 30 minutes to make a full basket full, to which I then just dump the ice in my ice basket in the freezer. I have thoroughly enjoyed having pebble ice anytime I want. It's a bit pricey but definently worth it.

We have been using the ice machine for the past four months. We started hearing a weird ticking noise and contacted the manufacturing, they took care of the issue and send us a brand new unit right away. I could not be happier with the customer service that was provided.

Bought this ice maker in June used it a handful of times. After no use for about 4 months- we turned it on and it wouldn鈥檛 produce ice and started to smell like something was burning. I reached out to customer service and we had a new machine within 2 weeks. Customer service was fantastic, they made everything so simple when I thought I would be dealing with a headache. Our new machine has been working great!
